The house is located within a 1 minute walk to the McKernan Belgravia LRT Station, making this location perfect for communiting to the University of Alberta (5 minutes), Downtown (10 minutes), Grant Mac (15 minutes) or NAIT (20 minutes) by train. There's also a direct bus route close by to get to Whyte Avenue. Nevertheless, there's ample room for parking a vehicle at the back and the cimmunity has immediate driving access to Groat road, Whyte Avenue, and Fox Drive/Whitemud Drive for connecting with the rest of the city. This house is a 10 minute walk from the University of Alberta. The suite has newly installed maniate and vinyl flooring throughout and a well-sized and well-lit kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (size is 12.5' x 10'). There is also shared in-suite laundry. A great fit for either 1 person or a couple and features lots of storage space.
